About Us

A quick message from the founder:     

HUX Innovation was created during the midst of the 2020 global pandemic, during what was a, very, productive lockdown period. Its creation was out of the need and want to enter the world of UX, as a user experience researcher, when there were limited opportunities in junior or associate roles. Eager to show off her passions and knowledge, Harmony created HUX Innovation. A place where harmony and innovation meet UX. With the aim to create a harmonious relationship between practitioners of UX and the so users that it serves.      

Our goals and principles are to provide Ease of Access, Innovative Solutions and to assess whether products are HUX Approved. It acts as an independent UX brand where there is an open space to explore interests and UX projects in an accessible and creative way. At HUX Innovation, you will find publications, research projects and think pieces that relate to all audiences and levels of user experience expertise. Founded in the practices and research styles Harmony developed in her Anthropology degree, a holistic approach applies to all of HUX Innovation’s initiatives.    

When a UX professional, or anyone interested in the practices of user experience, joins as a member of the team, they will become a HUXi. HUXis are Harmony in UX innovators, who do just that—innovate and create cohesion in the UX space. So whether you are a potential Design HUXi or a Research HUXi, there may be a space for you here at HUX Innovation. HUXis have the freedom and the platform to express their personal or independent ideas in line with HUX Innovation’s goals and principles. Thus, contributing to a brand that champions not only open thinking but creative innovation.
